only two weeks?

just returned from another basketball game where i almost fell asleep recording stats, and now am in the midst of frantically completing this take home quiz that i am very fortunate to be doing (instead of at a desk without notes) but not really trying to understand it. too tired. spent the entire day until 7pm working on ONE yearbook spread - the cheese bread/pizza/pop break with tien xtina kelvin was a breather though. tien, you spoiled labbit owner, no more eyeball elevators, lol.tomorrow the boyfriend & i are going shoppiiinggg!...for christmas gifts, naturally. i'm in need of some gorgeous christmas wrap, and some colorful pens for the new and improved, super organized christina of 2009! yup, my new years resolution is to not misplace any of my belongings, take the neatest notes my eyes have ever seen, and know where everything in my room/backpack/locker is. oh yes, and like our very creative principal says, "be on time for 2009!" that's going to be a hard one.
there's one more week of december, and quite honestly, with 7 days of straight work i won't have time to study for my L. i know the whole 2 year wait thing is a big issue for my future driving career, but i don't think it will affect me as much just because i'm pretty content with transit and i most likely won't be getting a car for another 5 years at least. get your passenger seats ready for me, best friends! :D
the future: i've been looking into post sec stuff, and one that's appealed to me the most so far is the university of california irvine (coincidentally :) ) the campus is beautiful, the atmosphere looks really inviting and comfortable, the stats are high but DAMN IT! minimum of $10,000/year... why does tuition cost so damn much for kids from canada?! we're still in the same time zone :(
i can't believe it's only wednesday, although it doesn't feel one bit like we're a week away from christmas. xmas break used to seem so long, but looking at it from here seems like there isn't even enough free time to officially call it a break.
