merry christmas, all
25.12.08
the snow is up to my thighs! thank god for boots.just came home from dimsum, which was a pretty happy family christmas moment...and now my family is out buying groceries while i shower. i just finished, and right when i got out my sister called me crying about how my parents are arguing and pulled over somewhere in Chinatown.
I do recall this happening the last 4 Christmases as well.
i still don't understand why mr and mrs luo have to pick out every single holiday to argue about something ridiculous like the people that rent our basement, or food, or their friends. that's what all the other days of the year are for.
on another note, i really want to watch The Spirit, even if it got piles of shit for reviews. some editor even gave it a 0/100...harsh. usually i'd veer away from a movie if it got such bad ratings, but for some reason i want to see for myself how horrible it really is :S the trailer makes it look freakin' amazing.
it's getting dark, the snow is still white. although the atmosphere of this family-oriented holiday is on the melancholy side i still feel at peace.
happy holidays!
